1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern access to ruze.in and purchases made from RUZE. By using the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the website. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. RUZE and contact

RUZE operates from Lohegaon, Pune, Maharashtra, India. For support, contact support@ruze.in or call +91 8007443517. WhatsApp support may be available at the same number.

3. Website use

You may use this website only for lawful shopping and personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or reproduce its content without permission, place fraudulent orders, impersonate another person, or attempt to bypass security or checkout controls.

4. Products and sizing

Product images, colours, measurements and descriptions are presented as accurately as reasonably possible, but screen settings, lighting and handmade or production variation may affect appearance. RUZE products use sizes S, M, L and XL. The intended fit is oversized: choose your usual size for that fit or size down one for a closer fit. Product availability is subject to stock and may change without notice.

5. Prices and orders

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and may include or exclude applicable taxes as shown at checkout. An order is a request to purchase; RUZE may decline or cancel an order where there is a pricing, stock, payment, address, fraud or technical error. If RUZE cancels a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded through the available payment process.

6. Payment

Payments are processed through Shopify and authorised payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. RUZE does not receive or store complete card credentials when payment is handled by a third-party provider.

7. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and should notify RUZE if you suspect unauthorised access.

8. Intellectual property

RUZE names, logos, artwork, product photography, text, graphics, layouts, code and other website content are owned by or licensed to RUZE and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or exploit them without written permission.

9. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, image, feedback or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is lawful and non-infringing. You grant RUZE a non-exclusive permission to use it for store operation and marketing, subject to applicable law. RUZE may remove content that is abusive, misleading, unlawful or unrelated.

10. Third-party services

The website may use third-party services for hosting, payments, delivery, analytics, customer support and social features. Their own terms and policies may apply. RUZE is not responsible for third-party websites or services beyond its reasonable control.

11. Disclaimer and liability

The website and its content are provided subject to availability. To the extent permitted by law, RUZE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by events outside its reasonable control, including courier disruption, internet failure, force majeure or unauthorised third-party acts. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to be responsible for losses reasonably arising from your unlawful use of the website, fraud, misuse of an account, infringement of third-party rights or breach of these terms, subject to applicable law.

13. Changes and termination

RUZE may update these terms when required for business, legal or operational reasons. The latest version will be posted on the website. RUZE may suspend access or decline transactions where necessary to protect customers, the store or legal compliance.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Courts having jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights and dispute mechanisms.
